Nicole Nalls Loves The Ausiello Files

Michael Ausiello, of Entertainment Weekly, gets me. He understands my need for insider information on my favorite shows. Every day I can rest assured that he's out there somewhere, gathering tidbits and infusing them with humorous pop culture references, all for the sake of his The Ausiello Files blog.

I can count on Ausiello to care just as deeply as I do about topics like the “Will they/Won’t they” Sookie and Eric storyline on True Blood, the upcoming season five of Dexter, and the Sheldon-Leonard-Penny dynamic on The Big Bang Theory. When a show I watch and love is in danger of getting the ax (R.I.P. Scrubs and Heroes), I know I can count on Ausiello to tell me the truth and not lull me into a false sense of security.

I can’t thank him enough for "Ask Ausiello," a weekly gem of a feature where he answers readers' questions about almost any show you can think of, which provides me with the scoop and makes me sound very in the know during my countless TV-centric conversations. Reading his blog, I don’t have to pretend that I don’t watch Gossip Girl and he doesn’t make me feel bad for actually enjoying the new 90210.

If you fancy yourself a TV buff, this is definitely a blog you’ll want to check out. Just be careful with the spoilers: I learned the hard way that not everyone wanted to know all those details about the LOST series finale before it aired.
