Nicole Nalls Loves Pixelparty's Etsy Shop

I love quirky. Quirky T-shirts with quirky phrases, quirky socks with adorable characters on them, and quirky jewelry that adds excitement to an otherwise boring ensemble. And Pixelparty, with its Super Mario charm bracelet and Power Up cufflinks, provides just what I need. Their Super Mario themed products are fun, and this shop has tons of other goodies based on a time when Tetris reigned supreme and the iPad was as likely as a flying car.

My personal favorites are the Princess Peach earrings and the Happy Mac bobby pins. They’re cute without being kitschy or overdone—just really great accessories I can wear time after time. They let me declare my (occasional) gamer-girl status without having to sit in front of my PS3 all night.

Luckily for geeksters all over the world, Pixelparty ships internationally and most of their products cost 15 bucks or less. Better still, you can contact the shop if you’d like something custom featuring your favorite video game character. But if you’re thinking of getting a Candy Kong ring, you’ll have to come up with something else. That brainchild is all mine.
