Kelley Hecker loves Paperblanks

Whether you’re looking for a journal, address book, guest book, or day planner, Paperblanks has you covered. Me, I need planners. I wish I could say it’s because my life is jam-packed with FUN! but it’s really due to my terrible memory. Sure, I have a calendar hanging in my room, but it doesn’t do me much good when I’m out, now does it? (It actually doesn’t do me much good when I’m home, either, as it’s all the way across my room and I’m far too lazy to get out of bed and walk four feet to check it when I need to.)

I bought my first Paperblanks at my local Borders, the only place I had seen them stocked regularly. It was the 5” x 7” midi, horizontal, week-at-a-time format with a magnetic wrap closure and a beautiful pattern. The closure! The design! The durability! Being the organizational nerd that I am, I fell in love. It still looked brand new after a year of lugging it around everywhere, so I bought the same planner the next few years as well. Last year, however, Borders began to only carry journals, and I’ve been unable to find my beloved planners anywhere else. I saw a Paperblanks display at the train station and — probably a little too eagerly — hurried over to it, only to find that they too only had journals. The company says it hopes to add online ordering in the near future, and I really hope they do. In the meantime, I’ll try scouring the Internet for one yet again. But if you happen to stumble across them, pick one up for me in French Ornate Violet, would you?
