Biking groceries home with an over-the-shoulder sack can be a painful experience for over-zealous produce buyers like me. How can I possibly enjoy my bike ride home when my shoulder is carrying the weight of all those legumes? I need a basket.
Based in Stockholm, Marie-Louis Gustafsson designs wonderfully quirky, everyday objects. The lovely Carrie basket is sure to give all lady bikers ridiculous basket envy. Fashioned after her grandmother's crocheted tablecloths, this basket functions as a bike basket, a shopping basket (polyester shoulder strap included) and, when flipped upside-down, a small picnic table.
Based on my exhaustive research, the Carrie basket is certainly the most stylish way to relieve the dreaded vegetable shoulder.
