Where's Cool provides reviews and info relevant to indie (read: cheap and young) travelers the world over. In other words, you won't be reading about Caribbean cruises or island resorts here.

Wherever your destination may be, and however tiny your budget, check Where's Cool for suggestions on bars, music clubs, record stores, indie businesses, and the best food carts around the globe - then write up some reviews of your own. New cities and spots are added daily.
