Aiden Landman loves Ugly Betty

I didn’t start paying attention to ABC’s Ugly Betty until the start of the third season. I guess I assumed the show, starring America Ferrera as the titular Betty, was a little too young and brightly colored for me.
But alas one Thursday night, bored of Olbermann, I decided to see what antics the plucky Betty and her coworkers at Meade Publishing were getting themselves into. Strangely enough, from there I was hooked.
Ugly Betty is a show filled with sardonic humor, fast-paced storylines, and unbelievable premises. Almost always over the top, it is a show that demands the attention and ears of those watching.
At the end of March, the show went on a break until May. So for now, I am back to an old Thursday night routine. However, once Ugly Betty returns to the airwaves, I will refuse to be bothered at 8PM EST.
