With a brutal winter on its way, the likelihood of getting sinus infections is heightened severely, which is why I believe the neti pot is the greatest homeopathic invention of all time. For just 12 bucks, you get your plastic, blue pot, and enough saline solution to keep your nasal passages clean all winter long. Personally, I prefer the 45 degree spout on NeilMed's pot, which is thoughtfully designed to avoid awkward irrigation, but with hundreds of styles and brands to choose from, pick one that fits you and your nostrils.
